oharboe	a5d02116a6	David Brownell <david-b@pacbell.net> The Stellaris eval boards don't have TRST signals, so defining ntrst_delay is pointless; don't. zwelch	f130f95d45	Marcel Jost <marcel.jost@bfh.ch>: This patch adds support for the Luminary Micro LM3S9B90 target and LM3S9B92 Evaluation Kit.
