Angus Ainslie d496da2c20 imx8m: add an m4 target to the imx8m 
The imx8m also has a Cortex m4 so add a target for it.

Matthias Welwarsky c0f81fbee7 target: add configuration for NXP MC-IMX8M-EVK 
includes target configuration for i.MX8M SoC family,
board file needs to set up CHIPNAME and CHIPCORES
to match the actual hardware configuration
