Andreas Färber 951061c972 lpc8xx: Allow CHIPNAME override 
Default to lpc8xx as before, but allow setting the actual CHIPNAME.

Paul Fertser 5b6c29a457 tcl/target: add lpc8xx.cfg 
This adds a trivial config for LPC8xx chips based on the already
existing infrastructure in lpc1xxx.cfg.
