topic: flash: description/id added for ATSAM3SD8C 

New flash description for ATSAM3SD8C used on SAM3S-EK2 development boards.  Name used
is "at91sam3sd8c" and chipid is 0x29ab0a60.  Mirrors description of other similar parts.
