Updates and fixes for the manpage from Uwe Hermann

- Mention that MIPS systems are supported
- Mention Jim Tcl engine
- Point to info page (not README) for a list of supported stuff
- Document missing --pipe option
- Fix copy-paste error ("flex" should have been "openocd")
