add icnova_sam9g45_sodimm support
This adds support for in-circuit icnova sam9g45 sodimm: http://www.ic-board.de/product_info.php?info=p214_ICnova-SAM9G45-SODIMM.html|ICnova The NAND flash is not yet working.
