gdb_server: remove warning for stepi after gdb_sync
The command "gdb_sync" is used to resynchronize gdb with OpenOCD. It is supposed to be follow by the gdb command "stepi" that will be ignored by OpenOCD. Don't annoy the user with a warning message when the stepi command is ignored, but simply log a debug message.
