Minor cleanup to ARM926 debug entry:
- don't needlessly export this function - handle "case 0" debug method-of-entry better (silent by default) The "case 0" is a valid debug entry mode so it doesn't deserve the warning int now gets. But it probably means that OpenOCD confused itself somehow; or that it confused the ARM9EJS target. git-svn-id: svn://svn.berlios.de/openocd/trunk@2799 b42882b7-edfa-0310-969c-e2dbd0fdcd60__archive__
