Add .gitattributes file which sets up the eol encoding handling. This will
make sure that we get a uniform eol encoding across different operating
systems.

+ All pack/unpack logic is made by the cpack and upack modules.
+ The DAC FIFO is integrated between the TX DMA and cpack.
