This commit should resolve the issue #64. Recursive make commands should always use the variable MAKE, not the explicit command name ‘make’.
Add support for connecting the CN0363 to the MicroZed. This works in combination with the MicroZed Arduino carrier board. The CN0363 needs to be connected to the PLPMOD header. Signed-off-by: Lars-Peter Clausen <lars@metafoo.de>
