Don't treat hdf5 libs as if they were dirs
This causes nonsensical -L and -Wl,-rpath arguments to be added which
causes warnings to be printed by the linker.
HDF5_LIBRARIES are already being used in TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES later so
the libraries are already being linked to correctly.
The bug was introduced in 23518278e8
.
